Reveries is led by John Wallis, with over 16 years’ experience staging events across the South-East.
"Reveries originally started out in weddings, transforming interior spaces with drapes and customized stages, until about 10 years ago we started producing events for corporate clients like L'Oreal, combining our styling knowledge with technical expertise.
“Collaborating with global brands on bigger projects has given me the opportunity to explore my artistic side. Before Reveries I was an artist, and that serves me well when designing concepts that capture the imagination.
"I love the creative process, liaising closely with clients to bring an idea to life, and the build is immensely satisfying, working with our team of highly skilled people before experiencing the buzz of the event.
“We pride ourselves on being a small friendly team with the capability to scale up to meet the needs of clients staging larger events. We are also immensely proud of supporting the arts and charities in our home town of Brighton. It’s incredibly rewarding to be involved in projects close to our hearts.
"What makes an event memorable? It has to work on every level. Great sound, great lighting, surroundings that make you feel special. Whether it's a party for a few people, a wedding in a beautiful country house or a festival in a stadium, we want to blow people away. And I think we usually do.
"Our ethos is simple: work hard, put the client first and try to make each event better than the last.”
