The Brief:
To design and build a set for award-winning law firm DMH Stallard that would work for a daytime conference for 250 delegates at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton as well as for the evening’s festivities, providing lighting and audio services, projectors and full technical production. Our task was to transform the conference backdrop to a setting for an evening reception in just two hours.
What We Did:
We built a 20-metre wide curved set with raised stage that reflected the corporate colours and transitioned smoothly from conference hall to a club in the evening with the addition of a glittering white DJ booth and neon tubes. Dual screens were used for presentations during the day then showed funky graphics in the evening’s party. We even sourced a top-name DJ.
